President Trainer announced that this meeting was the annual meeting to select a nominating committee however Recording Secretary Gay asked if he could interrupt and President Trainer yielded the floor to Secretary Gay. Recording Secretary Gay stated that with the pandemic and low turnout of members at this time, it was not in the best interest of the Association to form this committee and hold elections.
