RSVP for June 15, 2022 Luncheon of the SAFPPA

Fill out the form below to RSVP for the SAFPPA 2022 Spring Luncheon on Wednesday, June 15, 2022 11:00a.m. – 2:00p.m. at the San Antonio Shrine Auditorium 901 N. Loop 1604 West, San Antonio, Texas 78232.

This Spring luncheon will feature a steak dinner and is open to all paid members of the SAFPPA and spouse/guest. Non-members may attend with a guest at a cost of $15 per plate. There is no cost for this luncheon for dues paying members, however you must R.S.V.P no later than Tuesday, May 31, 2022 by:

• 1) completing and returning a pre-addressed form that was sent to members
• 2) filling in this form and submitting it
• 3) sending an e-mail to secretary@safppa.org
