Your Pensioner’s Association was notified recently that there are changes to some members’ vision plans, namely only those currently enrolled on a QCD Dental Plan. A complete update on plans and forms is available by clicking here and downloading the file.
Here is what we learned:
Due to a recent contract termination between Davis Vision and QCD of America, your Davis Clear Vision Discount Plan is no longer available with your QCD dental plan as of 1/1/24. Please note, this change only applies to members that are currently enrolled on a QCD dental plan. We were only recently made aware of this contract change and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. This change does NOT require any update to your dental coverage. If you are enrolled on any of the QCD dental plans, your dental coverage can continue without interruption and nothing else is required from you.
